Bespoke Business Attire

The Distinction of English Tailoring in Bespoke Business Wear

A Garment That Speaks Volumes

From the moment you meet a business counterpart, your appearance is already making a statement — whether you realise it or not. Eyes scan head to toe, registering everything: the clean lines of your jacket, the perfect amount of cuff, the drape of your trousers, and the subtle flash of your pocket square.

At Hendersons Bespoke Tailors, we create business attire that speaks the right words before a single one is said — a suit that signals confidence, professionalism, and impeccable standards.

Tailored to Your Character and Style

Whether you favour the sharp presence of a full two-piece suit or the relaxed sophistication of a tailored jacket and trousers, our wealth of experience will guide you to the right fit — one that complements your build, your working environment, and your personal style.

Each garment is hand cut and sewn, then fitted to perfection using our basted fitting process. Over 80 hours of craftsmanship go into every fully bespoke piece, with over 4,000 individual hand stitches shaping your suit to move and mold naturally with your body.

This is tailoring designed to give you quiet confidence — in the boardroom, at the conference, or across the table from the chairman.

Uncompromising Craftsmanship, Rooted in Tradition

Only the finest materials, shaped and constructed by hand in our workshops. Every business suit features either a three or two-layer canvas including a full floating horsehair canvas. This gives the garment structure, longevity, and a natural drape, ensuring it remains breathable and comfortable throughout your day.

We use only the finest silk or cotton threads, hand-pressed finishes, and personally selected English-woven cloths and tweeds from Scotland and Ireland — because your workwear deserves the same attention to detail as any formal occasion.

The Cloth That Carries Your Reputation

A business suit isn’t just about fit — it’s about finish. Our private cloth collection includes British milled fabrics of exceptional character and quality. Many are sourced from Huddersfield, a region world-renowned for its weaving heritage and the purity of the Pennine water that gives the cloths their unique handle.

When you wear a Hendersons business suit, you wear generations of tailoring traditions — visibly and invisibly, from the luxurious lining to the final hand-stitched buttonhole.
